The Rules That Keep Brango Fair for Every Player
Eligibility, verification and account terms explained in plain language for Canadian players. Read this before you deposit or claim a bonus.
Brango Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These terms govern every account opened with Brango. They cover who can play, how bonuses work, how we verify identity, and what happens if an account breaks a rule. Read them fully before you register or make a deposit.
Who Can Open a Brango Account
You must be at least 19 years old to register with Brango, in line with the minimum legal gambling age recognised across Canada. We only allow one account per person, per household and per device. Opening a second account, whether to claim a bonus twice or to get around a limit you set on a previous account, breaks these terms and can lead to closure of both accounts and forfeiture of any balance held in them.
There is no single national regulator that licenses online gambling for every Canadian player, and we do not claim to hold a licence issued by any one provincial authority. Where specific licensing details apply to your account, they are published in the site footer, and we encourage you to confirm them there before you play. What we can tell you plainly is that ConnexOntario (1-866-531-2600, https://www.connexontario.ca/) is the responsible gambling resource we point Canadian players toward, regardless of which province they play from.
Account Registration and Accuracy
When you register, you agree to give us your real name, current address, a working email and a phone number we can reach you on. Accounts registered with false information, borrowed identities or incomplete details can be suspended while we sort out the discrepancy. It is your responsibility to keep this information current, especially your address and payment details, since mismatched information is one of the most common reasons a withdrawal gets delayed.
Each player may hold only one active Brango account at any time. If our team finds duplicate accounts, whether opened intentionally or by accident, we reserve the right to merge, suspend or close them in line with these terms.
Identity and Payment Verification
Before your first withdrawal, and periodically afterward, we ask you to verify your identity. This typically means a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the last few months, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. If you fund your account through Interac e-Transfer, we may ask for a screenshot or statement confirming the sending account is in your name. Crypto depositors using Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum or Tether may be asked to confirm wallet ownership.
Bonus Terms Referenced Here
Brango's welcome package and ongoing cashback offers each carry their own wagering requirements, game restrictions and time limits. We do not restate specific match percentages, spin counts or wagering multiples on this page. The full current figures live on the Bonus and Promotions pages, and both are updated whenever an offer changes. T&Cs apply to every bonus, and the specific terms attached to the offer you claim are the ones that govern your account, not a general summary.
In general terms, bonus funds and free spin winnings must be played through a set number of times before they convert to withdrawable cash. Certain games, particularly low-volatility slots or live dealer tables, may contribute less toward that requirement or be excluded entirely. Placing bets that are disproportionately large relative to your bonus balance, or using betting patterns designed to lock in a bonus without genuine play, is treated as bonus abuse and can result in forfeiture.
Withdrawal Limits and Processing
Withdrawal amounts and processing windows differ by payment method. Interac e-Transfer and crypto withdrawals are generally the fastest once verification is complete. Card withdrawals can take longer to clear depending on your card issuer. Any minimum or maximum withdrawal amounts, and any daily, weekly or monthly caps, are listed on the Payments page, which we keep current as banking partners and limits change.
Fair Play and Account Integrity
Games offered through providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Betsoft, Realtime Gaming and SpinLogic Gaming run on independently built random number generators or, for live tables, real dealers streamed in real time. Attempting to interfere with game outcomes, exploit software errors, or coordinate play across multiple accounts to gain an unfair edge violates these terms. Any winnings generated through such activity can be voided.
We may suspend or close an account, and withhold funds pending investigation, if we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, underage play or a breach of these terms. Where an investigation clears an account, funds are released promptly.
Changes to These Terms
We update these terms occasionally to reflect new games, payment methods or regulatory guidance affecting the Canadian market. Continued use of your Brango account after a change takes effect counts as acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes affecting bonus wagering or withdrawal rights will be flagged on the site rather than buried in a routine update.
